If I have an issue with one of your products, do you accept returns?

Absolutely! We want our customers to be 100% happy with any product they receive from us. Just simply send us an e-mail at support@windypoplar.ca so we can address your concerns.

Can you do customized orders?

At the moment we do! We love working directly with our customers to either create a fragrance that you love, or you have a specific need that you want addressed. Simply send us a message with your request and we will work with you, however our timeline for custom orders vary .

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping is calculated during the checkout process

I see you have a variety of lip balms, can you do customized lip balms for wedding and party favours?
